Foursquare for Blackberry now has NFC support

Foursquare has released an updated app for the Blackberry platform.

The updated app feature support for NFC technology that is supported by some of the Blackberry devices.

Users can now share places and tips with their friends and relatives using NFC provided both the parties are running compatible devices. It works with Android devices as well.

They can also check-in at places which offer NFC stickers for the purpose.

The app has also seen performance improvements and the foursquare notifications are now part of your Blackberry Inbox.
