Adobe Flash Player set to disappear from Google Play Store

As expected Adobe is removing their Flash Player app from the Google Play Store.

You can access it here right now. But it would soon be gone.

The company had recently announced decision to discontinue development of Flash Player for mobile devices.

This included discontinuing support for Flash Player on the Google Android platform.

The company has not updated this app to make it fully compatible with Android Jelly Bean update.

Adobe warns that the plugin could show unpredictable behavior on the latest edition of Android. They recommend people remove the plugin if they have it installed.

I guess almost all video services who care for smartphone users are already offering HTML5 versions considering iOS devices have never supported Adobe Flash.
