Adobe has finally confirmed that they are working on adding support for the retina display on the newer generation MacBook Pro in their applications.

At least two of their apps Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom 4 would soon get an update adding support for the higher resolution display.

Adobe Photoshop Elements was not mentioned by the company so that’s a disappointment.

Apple MacBook Pro with retina display feature a native resolution of 2,880 x 1,800 which is pretty darn impressive for a 15” panel!
