Airtel charging more for ISD calls to some markets

Airtel continues to increase tariffs of their services to compensate for falling profits.

The company has now increased the ISD call rates to some international markets.

Airtel mobile subscribers would now pay a bit more for calls to UAE, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka and China.

A company representative spoke about the reasons behind this price hike: “With the correction of tariffs for a few international destinations we continue to remain competitive and deliver value to our customers.”
