Amazon is now selling the unlocked edition of Nokia 808 PureView smartphone for USD 700 in the US market.

This phone is unlikely to get any love from the carriers who are instead waiting for PureView technology to come to Windows Phone devices.

Nokia has just revealed that they are working with Verizon and Sprint to launch their Lumia devices on their network.

Also, Nokia is likely to launch Lumia devices with PureView tech later this year.

Things would become very interesting in the smartphone market when Windows Phone devices would feature the extremely capable PureView powered cameras.
