Apple now blocking older Adobe Flash Player plugins in Safari

Apple continues to take proactive steps to improve user security in Safari on their OS X platform.

They have already blocked access to older versions of Java. Now, it is the turn of Adobe Flash Player.

Users would not be able to load Flash components if they are not on a recent version of the Flash Player.

This is a good update as lots of users do not update plugins manually and hence are susceptible to malware.

Google of course auto-update Chrome for all users and include the latest version of Flash Player along with it.
