Apple seems to have opened access to paid content on their iBookstore in several new markets.

Consumers in New Zealand and several Latin American countries are reporting that they can now purchase content from the Apple iBookstore of their region.

Until now, these users had access to only the free content available in their regions.

Looks like an official announcement could come today at the media event where Apple is expected to announce their iPad Air Tablet PC.
