Industry sources are indicating that Apple is aiming to launch the next edition of the iPad in March or April next year.

Apple iPad 2 is doing phenomenally well in the market today. Apple is likely to slow down the orders for this version early next year while the production for iPad 3 would begin to get ready for the launch.

Apple iPad 3 is likely to include their retina display technology which has been a part of the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S smartphones.

It is not clear what else Apple would offer through this next model. Siri should also be included in addition to a better camera.

Samsung is also rumored to be working on a new Tablet PC for launch early next year that could feature a display better than the Apple’s retina display technology.
