Industry rumors also say that Apple might launch a 13” MacBook Pro with retina display at the same event.

We are also hearing reports that the iPad 3 lineup might get some new members with Thunderbird connectors and other updates.

With Holiday season arriving in the US market next month, this is the perfect time to launch new products.

Microsoft is already scheduled to launch Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 later this month. Microsoft Surface also goes on sale this month. Google is also expected to announce their next Nexus device(s) sometime later this month.
