Apple kills Chomp for Android

Chomp was one of the popular third party apps to search for mobile apps on the Android platform. It also had a version for the iOS platform.

Apple recently acquired the company. And they have now killed the Android edition of the app.

Chomp is no longer available from the Google Play Store. Verizon incidentally used their technology in their own app store for the Android platform. It is not clear if they can continue to use Chomp or not.
