Apple acquired Chomp few months ago and we have already seen the influence of this technology on the Apple App Store.

The company has now shut down the Chomp website. Even the mobile app has been disabled.

Users are being advised to use the Apple App Store to search for apps.

Chomp.com is now redirecting to Apple.com.
