Asus Transformer Prime Tablet PC launched in India for Rs. 49,999
Asus has launched their highly awaited Transformer Prime Tablet PC in the Indian market.
This Tablet is priced obscenely at around Rs. 50,000 which makes it one of the most expensive products of its kind in India.
The device comes powered with a quad core Tegra 3 processor and 1GB RAM. Asus has equipped it with a 10.1 inch Super IPS Plus display. The model on sale in India comes with 64GB storage which probably explains the high price tag.
It also features a pretty decent 8 megapixel camera at the back. Asus is shipping the model in India with Android 3.2 edition. It would be updated to Ice Cream Sandwich in the near future.
