Research in Motion is already selling their Blackberry Playbook Tablet PC at incredibly low prices in the Indian market.
They have now announced significant price cuts on four of their popular models:
Blackberry Curve 8520 is now priced at Rs. 9000 (Retail prices could slightly differ) Blackberry Torch 9860 is now priced at Rs. 22000 (Retail prices could slightly differ) Blackberry Curve 9360 is now priced at Rs. 19000 (Retail prices could slightly differ) Blackberry Curve 9380 is now priced at Rs. 17000 (Retail prices could slightly differ)
Remains to be seen if this would help RIM generate more sales as they are simply getting bamboozled by Google Android devices!
