Blackberry Curve 9220 launched in India for Rs. 11000

Research in Motion has launched a budget segment Blackberry model in the Indian market.

Blackberry Curve 9220 is priced at around Rs. 11000. It comes bundled with a coupon allowing the user to purchase 2500 rupees worth of mobile apps.

The phone comes with dedicated keys for both Blackberry Messenger and FM Radio.

Other features are not very impressive though. It includes a 2 megapixel camera and support for 2G mobile networks.

There are better deals available in this price bracket though Blackberry is a trustworthy name and this phone should do well in the Indian market.
