Research in Motion recently dropped the price of their Playbook Tablet PC.
Playbook was available for as low as around Rs. 13-14K which made it an extremely good value for money deal.
And the Indian consumer responded by making it a best seller clearing up stock on most online stores.
The company plans to keep this offer ongoing for another couple of days.
RIM said: “We are pleased to see the excitement and overwhelming response to our limited festive season offer on BlackBerry PlayBook. I believe that the 16-GB and 32-GB version of the PlayBook is completely sold out in the retail channels.”
The company added that they sold around 12000 units in just four days last month.
