Conde Nast acquires ZipList service

Conde Nast has made their first acquisition in a long time by acquiring a listing service named ZipList.

The service allows you to create shopping/recipe lists and then sync them with your smartphone. The service claims that they have more than 1 million users from around the world.

Over 1 million people are using ZipList. Create and manage your grocery shopping list, find and save your favorite recipes from across the web and share with your entire family - for free!

The company has not revealed the acquisition price though it is expected to be around USD 14 million.

ZipList would continue to operate independently though it would feature deep integration with Conde Nast brands and services in the future.
