Evernote for Android gets speech to text in addition to much improved widget

Evernote has updated their mobile app for the Google Android platform.

The app now supports speech to text on phones running Android Ice Cream Sandwich.

Evernote would save both the audio and the transcribed version for you to check out on a later date.

They have also launched a much enhanced widget for the Android devices. It is available as a separate download and needs to be installed manually.

It is much customizable and also features a new quick snapshot functionality to quickly save images to your account.
