Facebook apparently block comments that are irrelevant in nature these days!

Robert Scoble has posted about an impressive problem he faced on Facebook recently.

He was trying to post a comment on a post and Facebook did not let him. He was shown a dialog stating that the comment was irrelevant or inappropriate in nature.

This comment seems irrelevant or inappropriate and can’t be posted. To avoid having comments blocked, please make sure they contribute to the post in a positive way.

Scoble posted details about the post and his comment and it is pretty clear that Facebook made a wrong call.

This is surprising because it is not hard to find posts on Facebook which have terrible comments. A lot of people get away posting one or two word comments while Scoble was blocked from posting a reasonable comment.
