Dropbox has announced that their platform is now integrated with Facebook Groups.

Users can now connect their Dropbox account with their Facebook profiles to share files from their Dropbox account on groups they participate in.

The company said:

Once you choose to link Facebook to your Dropbox account, you’ll be able to search through your Dropbox and select what you’d like to share. Docs, photos, and videos shared from Dropbox will show up on the group’s wall and can also be viewed on a smartphone or tablet.

The files are shared through a private link similar to how you share files through emails and instant messengers. Facebook of course already support sharing of files of up to 25MB in size.

Seems to be enabled for everyone now!
