Facebook has as expected launched their new edition of Messenger app for the Apple iOS devices.

Google Android devices have already received this update.

- Improved speed and reliability
- Support for iOS 6 and iPhone 5

Facebook is now planning on a new rollout schedule. Updates on their mobile apps are expected to be released every 4-8 weeks.
