Facebook promotes Opera over Google Chrome on their unsupported browser page!

This one is interesting. Facebook apparently prefers to promote Opera Browser over Google Chrome if you somehow lands on their unsupported browser page.

The first two choices are Internet Explorer (!) and Mozilla Firefox. Apple Safari is also missing from the list.

This is a stupid move considering Chrome has already (or is almost) overtaken Internet Explorer to become the most popular web browser globally.

Facebook of course is rumored to be in talks to acquire Opera Software. We are not completely sure however if Facebook is fully compatible with Opera Browser.
