Facebook starts testing their mobile advertising platform
TechCrunch has blogged about the new mobile advertising platform being tested by Facebook with a limited number of partners.
When Mark Zuckerberg said that they were going to make shit load of money on mobile, he probably was indicating at this new platform.
Facebook is going to let advertisers target mobile users based on their interests, location and other parameters that is already available with Facebook.
The company ensures that user privacy has been given a top priority. Advertisers would not be given details that could identify the user.
The whole idea is focused on letting ads powered by Facebook platform run inside third party apps or websites on mobile devices.
