Facebook has made available a new feature through their Facebook Stories platform.

You can send a personalized message to your friends on Facebook at exactly midnight in their time zones.

You can prepare the message right now and Facebook would ensure the timely delivery around the globe.

This is an interesting concept though I am personally not a fan of automated solutions for wishing friends and family.
