Fiat India continues to make plans to improve their position in the Indian market. The company has started working on setting up their own dedicated showrooms and service centers.
They are also planning to bring cars and SUV models from their Chrysler brand in the coming years.
The company said that they are aiming to boost their sales by ten times in the next couple of years.
This is going to be a hard target to achieve looking at their reputation in India. As an owner of a Fiat branded car, I can safely say that even existing fans are unsatisfied with the quality of service delivered by the company to their customers.
Having to rely on Tata service stations does not help. Poor resale value is another big hindrance.
