Samsung has not revealed the official name of the next Galaxy phone they are going to showcase at an event on May 3.

The company has launched a mobile app on the Google Play Store and funny enough; the app description mentions the galaxy s3 branding.

This probably confirms the already expected branding of this upcoming phone from the company.

Samsung Galaxy S III would be their flagship Android smartphone for the year 2012. It is going to compete against the best from rivals like the HTC One X. It would also take on the next iPhone as well.

We hope Samsung does surprise us all with this phone.
