Gmail finally lets you have text on buttons instead of icons!

Gmail redesign caused major headaches for some users who simply did not like the icons on action buttons.

Buttons did show their names on mouse hover but it still remained confusing for a lot of people especially with weaker eye sight.

Google has finally added a new option to Gmail to get the label text back. It is available from General section in Settings.

Once you have enabled text option, the buttons in Gmail would show names instead of icons.

Icons on buttons remain the default setting though.
