Gmail gets new profile cards with improved Google+ integration

Google has rolled out new profile cards for contacts on their Gmail webmail service.

These new profile cards looks better and have shortcuts for chat, hangout along with other options.

You can quickly access the contact’s info and previous emails right from this contact card.

Google spoke about the new design:

Now when you mouse over a person’s name, the profile card that shows up has a cleaner design and new integrations with Google+. You can easily add people to your circles, navigate to their Google+ profiles by clicking on their name, and start a Hangout. In addition, we’ve also made it easier to see all the emails from a person by clicking Emails.
