Google Plus for Android gets a minor update with support for hashtags

Google has rolled out an updated build of their Google Plus mobile app for the Android platform.

This is a minor update with support for #hashtags.

After the recent UI overhaul on the Google Plus web app, we were expecting something big for the mobile app as well. But looks like we would have to wait for that!
