Henrik Schack has released a very useful plugin for WordPress powered blogs.

You can now enable two factor authentication using this plugin on your own blogs. This is the same technology that Google offer on their own platform for secure logins.

Users would require to enter a second password generated by the Google Authenticator mobile app. This alone would enhance the security of the blogging engine installed on your server.

The plugin also allows for app passwords in case you use mobile apps to connect to your blog.
