Google Checkout merged with Google Wallet

Google has announced that they are merging their Checkout platform with Google Wallet service.

All the user’s existing payment options would be added to Google Wallet automatically.

Merchants using Google Checkout would have to do nothing. All the transformation happens on Google’s end.

Google Wallet users would now be able to pay at online stores which accept Google Checkout currently.

It is a win win situation for everyone!
