Google Chrome OS might soon get ARM compatibility

Google seems to be working on ARM compatibility for their Chrome OS platform that is used on Chromebooks sold by Acer and Samsung.

Reports say that Sony might soon join Acer and Samsung with their own Chrome OS based products.

And their products might be powered with ARM processors which should lower the cost of these netbooks.

Sources indicate that a prototype device running ARM Cortex A15 dual-core SoC is being used for the development process.
