Google Chrome Web Store offer much improved customer feedback experience
Google has updated the feedback section on their Chrome Web Store.
Developers can now enable an option to get the ability to respond to user feedback right on the Chrome Web Store.
The idea is to let the community interact with the developer related to bugs and complaints.
Google highlighted the new features:
This feature provides a clean separation between reporting bugs and compatibility issues to developers and the rating / comments users can leave in the store relating to the functionality and usefulness of a given app. The contents of the feedback forum are publicly visible to everyone, which helps to cut down on duplicate issue reporting.
