Google gets a new favicon!


I am not sure when this happened. Chrome at my place is still showing the older colorful icon.

Carlos Jeurissen points in a comment below that the new favicon was uploaded earlier today!

Google had last changed their favicon back in January 2009.

    That icon you are showing is actually icon, and is old (uploaded 10 januari)
    the new favicon is this one: http://www.google.com/favicon.ico
    In the ico file are these sizes: 16×16, 32×32, and 48×48.
    and the new favicon is uploaded today at 11:31 GMT
