Update: This feature update is targeted at Google Apps Apps for Business, Education and Government users only

Google has expanded the capabilities of their Google+ Hangouts platform to support 15 people simultaneously. This limit was previously set at 10 users.

Google has more good news. The company said that Google Plus is now open to all educational bodies using Google Apps for Education.

Until now, Google had only allowed access to Google+ to verified higher education institutions. These schools and colleges now have access to same features available to Google Apps Business and Government users.
