Google continues to enhance Google Plus Photos to bring it at par with Picasa Web.

Google has finally added a photo organizer to their Plus Photos platform.

User now gets the ability to arrange photos inside an album. They can also now copy/move photos between albums.

Photos can be arranged manually or based on time inside an album. This should make a lot of people happy who have been using it to share their photos with their family and friends.
