Google Play Store allowing some developers to respond to user comments

One of the biggest complaints with the Google Play Store is that the developers are not allowed to respond to user comments.

This makes them pretty helpless with comments that lack details or seems to be untrustworthy in nature.

Most developers ask users to submit feedback and complaints through other channels so that the app does not suffer a negative reputation on the Google Play Store for illogical reasons.

Google seems to be in the process of rolling out the capability to allow developers to comment to user reviews now.

This feature seems to be available to top developers right now and should be expanded to all developers in the coming days.

We expect to hear more about this at the upcoming Google I/O conference.
