Google has finally updated their Plus Badges for pages with size customizations.

You can now create a new custom badge with your choice of width. The badge would resize to fit in the configured dimensions.

This would help blogs and other sites to accommodate it in their sidebars which are usually pretty narrow.

We have updated the badge in the right column though this feature is currently only visible to the users who are part of the Google Plus Platform Preview program.
