Google Plus is gaining momentum and this means that spam is increasingly becoming a problem for a lot of users.
The company continues to enhance the service and they have now launched updated comment spam controlling system.
Google said that the system would keep an eye on the comments being posted on the service and if it identifies a spammy comment it would mark it for review by the poster of the thread.
Until the comment is approved…
- Other viewers won’t see the comment at all.
- You’ll see it grayed out, with the option to remove or restore — both of which help train our systems.
- The commenter won’t notice any difference (unless their comments get removed, of course).
This is a good update as it does not publish spammy looking comments at all on the platform!
