Google Plus profile pages gets details from Google Contacts
Google has rolled out a small but useful update to the profile pages on Google Plus network.
Google Plus would now show information from your Google Contacts on these profile pages.
So, if you are checking out the profile of an existing contact, you would be able to see detailed information fetched from Contacts.
This information is of course dependent upon the viewer and is not available publicly.

Many of you, like me, use Google Contacts to manage your personal address book (contacts.google.com). If that’s the case, then starting today we’ll include this contact info on your friends’ Google+ profiles — for your eyes only, of course.
This way, if you have your roommate’s new phone number in Google Contacts, it’ll also be available when you stop by his profile. Just look for the new “Details from Google Contacts” section.
