Google Plus Recommendations launching for all web users today

Google has announced that their Google+ Recommendations feature is rolling out to all web users today.

Google Plus Recommendations has been available to a limited number of users who are connected to Google+ Platform Preview test group.

This feature enables the user to check out recommended content from their circles on a domain by hovering their cursor above the Google+ Button.
