Google Nexus 4 has been out of stock on the Google Play Store since it was launched few weeks ago.

LG and Google have totally failed to anticipate the demand and folks who have already ordered are waiting for their units to arrive.

Google Play Store is not accepting any new orders.

Google has however made a small change. Interested users are being suggested a special deal from T-Mobile.

They can get the Nexus 4 for USD 199 after a USD 50 mail-in rebate. The problem is that this phone comes with a two year long contract.

The Google’s version of course has no contract requirement. It’s a shame that Google is promoting a crappier deal through their Play Store.
