Google recently released two updates on their Plus platform to the users on platform preview.

These changes are now being rolled out to all users.

Clicking the Google +1 button would automatically load the page elements saving a click if you want to share it.

And the Google Plus Badge now has a follow button to quickly circle the related page.

Google said in a post on the Google Plus Developers Group:

Our most recent previews are graduating to public today. The updated +1 button sharing flow as well as the Follow button on the Google+ badge will roll out to all users.
