Google is now rolling out another update on their Knowledge Graph platform which shows direct information related to queries on search result pages.

Google would now show medicine related information directly in the knowledge graph box. The company said that this data is collected from reputed sources including “U.S. FDA, the National Library of Medicine, and the Department of Veterans Affairs, among others.”

Google warns that these search results should not be taken as medical advice and users are advised to consult a doctor before self-medicating.
