Google Search gets lists through Knowledge Graph

Google has rolled out major improvements to their search engine today.

They have rolled out the knowledge graph feature to all English language speaking countries in the world.

Google is also personalizing the search results based on your location. So you are now likely to get knowledge graph results based on where you are searching from.

One major enhancement is the addition of lists. Google said:

Finally, the best answer to your question is not always a single entity, but a list or group of connected things. It’s quite challenging to pull these lists automatically from the web. But we’re now beginning to do just that.

Searching for a query that is connected to a list of results would now get you a new panel at the top with the results. You would be able to click on them to get more details on those results.
