Google seems to have updated their search engine to show top answers from some discussion forums.

It seems to support services like Stack Overflow and their own support forums. Looks like these supported forums use special markup to highlight the most popular answer in a thread.

It remains to be seen if they can enhance it to support products like vBulletin, IPB, XenForo etc.
