Google Plus gets support for files hosted on Google Drive

Google has rolled out a major integration update with Google Drive on the Google+ platform.

Links shared from Google Drive would now render as viewable media in Google Plus posts.

This feature works with presentations, PDFs, videos and more.

The idea is to have a live preview of stuff you are sharing from your Google Drive account.

Starting today, when you share links from Google Drive, people in your circles will be able to flip through presentations, open PDFs, play videos, and more, right from your Google+ stream. Click the play button below to check it out in action, with the Every Day in Google Drive presentation.
