Google testing a new search interface with horizontal options

Google seems to be testing a new search result user interface with options placed horizontally instead of vertically in a left column.

I personally do not like this UI considering the cool features are hidden in dropdowns making them very inaccessible.

These options are currently available in a list in the left column which is much easier to use.
