Google Plus Local got an update earlier today. Google has changed the rating system used while posting a new review.

Instead of using a number based ranking, users now get to pick words to describe their experience:

Poor-Fair
Good
Very Good
Excellent

This does not change much about the overall rating of the place but it does make it easy for the user to express his views about a place.
