Vivid Entertainment has issues with HTC Vivid smartphone branding
Online sources are indicating that Vivid Entertainment has sent a cease and desist notice to HTC to stop using Vivid as the name for one of their smartphone models.
Vivid Entertainment is of course a known company in the adult entertainment business. And they claim that their customers might get confused with the phone’s branding assuming that they are connected to it.
The letter further warns that if HTC does not change the name, a lawsuit would be filed against the company.
HTC is yet to respond to this notice.
