Insync lets you use your Google Docs account as Dropbox!
Insync has announced the public launch of their Dropbox like service.
Insync uses Google Docs as the base of a service that behaves very much like Dropbox.
In fact, the service uses a slogan: it’s ok to cheat on Dropbox!
It’s a fact that Dropbox storage prices are much higher compared to Google Docs. We wonder why not use Microsoft’s SkyDrive platform in the first place! Google Docs offer 1GB free storage. Dropbox offers 2GB. SkyDrive offers 25GB!
In any case, if you have a paid Google storage account which gives you access to tons of space for cheap, this is one service that you might want to look into!
There are strong rumors that Google would eventually rename Google Docs as Google Drive and offer a Dropbox like software for syncing themselves.
